The key stage for eliminating "burrs." Thorough polishing of wood edges with a rapidly rotating sanding belt. This prevents potential safety hazards for the infant's delicate skin.
Geometric Shaping
The stage of giving wood precise geometry. High-precision milling cuts the parts and simultaneously rounds all edges. This ensures safety: correct shapes are important for Montessori logic, and the absence of sharp corners completely eliminates the risk of injury.
Eco-Friendly Coating
The final stage of creating a protective barrier. An automated line applies a uniform layer of food-grade, water-based eco-paint. This ensures safety: the ultra-thin coating preserves the warmth of the wood and makes the toy completely harmless, even if the little one decides to chew on it.
